Most 'broken' systems are 70% fine. A failed drive, a knocked camera, a recorder that lost its network settings when the router was replaced. We start with a full audit — every camera, the recorder, storage, network and app — and give you a written picture of what works, what doesn't and what it would cost to put right.
Then you choose: repair, upgrade the weak parts, or move to a platform we support long-term.

If you own the equipment and the property, we can usually reset or recover access to a recorder using the manufacturer's documented process. We won't bypass security on equipment you don't own or can't demonstrate ownership of — and we'll always document what we changed.

Do you take over systems from any brand?
Most mainstream professional and consumer platforms — see brands we install. If something is genuinely unsupported we'll say so at the audit.
Will I need to replace everything?
Rarely. Reusing cable runs and any cameras worth keeping usually brings the cost well below a new system.
Can you get into my recorder if I don't have the password?
If you own it, usually yes via the manufacturer's recovery process. We document everything.
Do you offer ongoing support afterwards?
Yes — annual servicing or priority cover. See maintenance.
