Does remote viewing cost extra?
No. App monitoring is included with every system we install. There are no monthly fees for viewing your own cameras.
Does it work without internet at the property?
Recording continues locally. Remote viewing needs an internet connection at the property — most customers use their existing broadband.
Can more than one person have access?
Yes, with individual logins and permissions — useful for families, business partners or a site manager.
Is the footage secure?
The recorder stays at your property; the app connects to it over an encrypted link. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party cloud unless you choose cloud backup.
