Restaurant & takeaway CCTV.
Tills, back doors, staff.
Hospitality has its own pattern: cash and cards at the till, a back door that's propped open, deliveries at odd hours, late-night customers, and licensing conditions to meet. The system has to fit the shift.

The positions
- Entrance at face height — who came in, especially late
- Till and card terminal — hands and screens, for disputes as much as theft
- The back door and bin area — the door that's always open in summer
- Kitchen pass and stock room — where the expensive things live
- Outside seating and the street frontage — for incidents and licensing
Licensing and compliance
Many premises licences carry CCTV conditions: coverage of entrances, retention (often 31 days), and the ability to produce footage to police or licensing officers on request. We set retention to your condition, fit compliant signage, and document what each camera covers so an inspection is a five-minute job.
Staff safety
Late closes and lone workers: a doorbell or intercom on the back door so nobody opens it blind, a panic option on the alarm, and a camera on the delivery area. Alerts to the manager's phone out of hours for the back door and stock room.
Entrance and till in 8MP, floor and outside in 4MP, back door with AcuSense person alerts after close, retention to your licence, signage, and a manager export walkthrough. See commercial CCTV.

Questions
Good to know.
Can I use CCTV to check staff?
Yes, with a clear policy staff have seen. Covert monitoring is a different, much stricter thing.
What retention does my licence need?
Check the conditions — 28 or 31 days is common. We set the recorder to match and size the drive accordingly.
Can I view it from home after close?
Yes — every system includes app viewing, with alerts for the back door and stock room out of hours.
